The Rice Creek Watershed District (RCWD) Board of Managers will receive public comment under Minnesota Statutes 103E.101, subd. 4a, in proceedings to correct and reestablish records defining the alignment; cross-section; profile; hydraulic structure locations, materials, dimensions, and elevations; and rights-of-way of Washington Judicial Ditches #5, #6, and #7 (WJD #5, WJD #6 and WJD #7) as originally constructed or subsequently improved. You are receiving this notice because your property lies within the benefitted area or is traversed by this public ditch system. Federal State Total Intermodal Facility Repairs and Improvements $120,000 $30,000 $150,000 Administrative and Maintenance Equipment $441,600 $110,400 $552,000 Maintenance and Administration Facility Improvements $3,872,000 $968,000 $4,840,000 Design of Bus Hub $48,000 $12,000 $60,000 Total $4,481,600 $1,120,400 $5,602,000 Description of Projects: This grant is requested to support GBT's operations including maintaining GBT facilities in a state of good repair. The primary impact of these projects will be in the Bridgeport, CT region. Relocation is not involved in any of these projects. It is not anticipated that any of these projects will have a significant negative environmental impact. These projects comply with comprehensive land use and transportation planning in the area and are consistent with the adopted programming of projects in the Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) prepared by the Greater Bridgeport Regional Council (GBRC). These projects will help support GBT's efforts to provide efficient, safe and reliable bus service in the Bridgeport region. Funding is made available to designated recipients that must be public bodies with the legal authority to receive and dispense federal funds. GBT is a designated recipient. The federal share will not to exceed 80 percent of the total project cost. GBT will hold a public hearing regarding the Program of Projects and Budget at 5:00 p.m. on September 26, 2016 at the GBT Administrative Offices, One Cross Street, Bridgeport, CT.
